Autoloot is enabled

Automatic loot pickup is now available to every player. Three commands to choose from:
@autoloot <%> grabs everything by percentage, @alootid targets a specific card or item, and @aloottype filters by item type (healing, consumables, equipment…).
O-Ro's challenge lives in the world and the economy, not in picking items off the ground. Drop stays at ×1: every item still matters just as much.
