NPCs & Services in Prontera

Warper, stylist, resets, bank, ranchers… The guide to quality-of-life NPCs. Prontera is the capital, the GM Palace your safe haven.

Everything is centered in Prontera, the Capital. The GM Palace (accessible through the beam of light) is a safe haven: staff, quests, a Kafra, and a save point.

O-Ro is proudly hardcore: no full-heal healer, no buffer, no card vendor, no teleport Warper. But every bit of useful comfort is still here.

Appearance

  • Stylist (Prontera 118,166) — haircuts, hair color, clothes color, free, with hundreds of custom palettes (saved instantly).

Resets

  • Stat reset (Palace) — free the first time, then level × 5,000 z.
  • Skill reset (Palace) — free the first time, then level × 15,000 z + a 7-day cooldown (to preserve class identity).
  • On the training island, the Waterfall of Oblivion offers deeply discounted starter resets.

Money & items

  • Prontera Bank — a zeny savings account, staking, Oro Chests, and the Token bridge.
  • Ranchers (Ranch) — rent Peco, Grand Peco, and Falcon mounts (zeny + Oro Coins).
  • Card Remover (Prontera 134,168) — pulls cards out of equipment. A risky operation, and openly so: ~90% success rate, but 1% total destruction. Proceed at your own risk.
  • Guild storage — available in 22 towns, password-protected by whatever the guild master sets.

Comfort

  • Settings (Prontera 159,194) — automatically applies your preferences on every login: @autoloot, @showdelay, @rates, @showexp, @showzeny.
  • Team Manager — broadcasts a "looking for team" or "guild recruiting" announcement.
  • Medium — shows which rare cards are actually in circulation (economic transparency).
  • Quest Shop (Palace) — 22 headgears to unlock in exchange for materials.
  • Kafras added to towns that didn't have one.
